The Opportunity –

We’re seeking an inspired Environmental 3D Designer to join our bustling Creative Department. We are a rapidly growing global agency, doing primarily experiential work for some of the world’s most iconic brands.

Our growing team needs a motivated, Environmental 3D Designer who is passionate about people, driven by design, and inspired to innovate. From sports sponsorships to fashion launches and beyond, we’re looking for a designer with both the desire and aptitude to tackle a range of exciting projects.

Who You Are –

You are a passionate Environmental 3D Designer that compliments vision and imagination with technical knowhow. The successful candidate should have a portfolio that demonstrates an affinity for environmental design, and a good knowledge of 3D Software (namely SketchUp). Working collaboratively with creative teams, production, and account leads comes naturally to you, while translating ideas into powerful design is your special power.

What You’ll Do –

Combining your technical skills with your 3D artistry, you’ll assist in translating ideas into engaging environmental designs, working closely with Sr 3D Directors, Project Management, and Production. You'll contribute to creative brainstorming, design development, and presentation preparation, helping to elevate projects. You will also stay informed about industry and design trends to ensure brand relevance.

Other Responsibilities –

  • Assist in the development of projects from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Directors and production teams on timelines for 3D deliverables.
  • Convert 2D architectural or engineering drawings into accurate 3D models.
  • Conduct site surveys or work from red lines to produce precise as-built drawings
  • Maintain accurate project files and documentation.
  • Understand and apply creative brief requirements and client goals.
  • Adhere to brand style guides and expressions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with interdepartmental teams.
  • Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of current and upcoming projects.
  • Develop strong communication and collaborative relationships with creative team members.

What You’ll Need –

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level positions).
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating your ability to move from sketches to renderings.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Vray, TwinMotion).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
  • Ability to prepare files for production, following project specifications.
  • Willingness to receive and apply feedback from peers and clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Base salary range: $80-100K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
