We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Team Manager in the Client Regulatory Services (CRS) Product Delivery and Operational teams.The team sits within CORDS BU and works with Advisory, Technology, Client Regulatory Services (CRS) Product Delivery and Operational teams across KYC Onboarding, Refresh, Regulatory and Screening to ensure the consistent and effective deployment of transformational initiatives through project management and UAT oversight activities.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Manager position at Vice President level within the firmwide operations division.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Strategic program oversight across multiple cross platform initiatives, including:
  • Front to Back coordination including: governance framework set up,plan alignment,RAID management,governance level communication with senior leadership,testing approach roll out and coordination
  • Coordinate with product owners to provide oversight over product feature backlog items to assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Identify milestones at risk and develop mitigation plans and workarounds as necessary
  • Assure program implementation design and roll out align to industry best practice, regulatory mandates, strategic future state vision and agreed benefits Required Experience:
  • Have 10+ years professional experience at a large financial institution
  • Have a 4 year college degree with sound academic credentials
  • Expert Level Agile experience - ideally PO and/or scrum master certification
  • Experience of managing projects/lead role in end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Experience of working within a structured project management framework including knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Subject Matter experience in Client and Party Reference Data management including: KYC (Know-your-Client) and AML processes, regulations and technology
  • Client Onboarding Workflow, Financial services regulatory environment/Capital markets products and services
