RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an Airtable Solutions Specialist /Marketing Manager to join for an approximate 3-month project!

This position is fully on-site in Seattle, WA, you must currently reside in the greater Seattle area for consideration.

We are seeking an Airtable Solutions Specialist /Marketing Manager who will be responsible for upgrading our client’s Airtable campaign tool. This role focuses on designing and optimizing Airtable infrastructure to support campaign planning, workflow automation, and data-informed reporting. You need to have an analytical mindset, technical fluency in Airtable, and a knack for improving how teams plan, build, launch, and report on campaigns. You will be responsible for auditing, designing, rebuilding and launching our Airtable campaign management tool in support of cross-category campaigns and seasonal events.

As an Airtable Solutions Specialist/Marketing Manager, You Will

  • Audit existing Airtable tool and identify ways to reduce manual steps and increase usability across the team
  • Build requirements documentation, with user stories, for rebuilding Airtable tool data views, interfaces, automations, and API connection
  • Establish roadmap to launch updated Airtable tool
  • Partner with our Tech and Marketers to build use cases around campaign workflow, interfaces, and reporting
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to capture user stories and build a priority matrix
  • Reduce manual workflows by automating repetitive and error-prone tasks
  • Develop documentation for post-launch support of Airtable tool

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 4+ years experience with Airtable
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and determine next steps
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and communications effectively
  • Solid understanding of marketing best practices

Compensation

Pay Range: $50.00 - $56.00 (Hourly)

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
