Working with a large technical team of Technical Product Owners, Software Engineers and Testers you will be responsible for contributing to the implementation and ongoing operation of the Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM and EPM application environments that support RB Global’s enterprise as well as the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environments that provide integration to other third-party systems.
- University degree or diploma in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience with application/system administration of a major SaaS enterprise application such as Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Workday, Salesforce, etc.
- Understanding of the SDLC and IT Change Control processes.
- Experience with DevOps technologies such as Jenkins and Github an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff and third-party vendors in a collaborative way
- Monitor and manage Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, EPM and OIC) in all environments.
- Perform software deployments as per deployment instructions.
- Perform application configuration changes as per instructions.
- Assist with managing Oracle Cloud user security in all environments.
- Assist with scheduling environment refreshes and performing post-refresh tasks.
- Use your technical knowledge and experience to help the team innovate and automate day-to-day tasks.
- Assist the team with the delivery of day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
