职位描述

• 负责博世力士乐工厂自动化增值服务及工程项目的拓展及工程实施；

Be responsible for development and execution of advanced service and projects in Bosch Rexroth Factory Automation;

• 提供技术支持，协助服务销售进行项目商务谈判，判别并控制项目的技术风险；

Support sales technical negotiation with customers and identify and assess the technical risk;

• 负责工程项目的产品立项，方案设计，元件选型，报价协助，技术文件等；

Be responsible for project set up, design, configuration, proposal and technical documents;

• 负责按计划组织及实施现场安装，调试及验收等工作

Organize and carry out installation, commissioning and final acceptance of projects under plan;

• 与销售及服务销售部门紧密合作，持续拓展新行业及新客户的增值服务及工程项目；

Cooperate with sales & service sales to develop the advanced services & project business continuously in new industry and customers.

• 协助提升其他项目服务工程师提升项目技术设计及项目拓展能力。

Support other project service engineer to improve technical competence and project development skill.

职位要求

• 大学本科及以上学历，机械设计及自动化，或电气控制及自动化等相关专业；

College bachelor degree or above, Mechanical Design and Automation, or Electric Control and Automation, relevant majors;

• 有至少8年以上年从事非标设备或专机，或工程改造等业务拓展及工程项目管理经验；

Over 8 years working experience about non-standard equipment and special machine, or retrofit & modernization development and project management;

• 熟悉了解输送线产品，组装拧紧产品，懂电气控制产品优先，能够组织选型,设计及工程施工等工作；

Be familiar with transfer line, assembling and tightening products & system, knowledge about electric control as plus, can organize configuration, design and engineering execution work;

• 具备外企工作及团队管理经验，有很强的领导力；

Working experience in international environment, Strong leadership about team management;

• 能够承受工作压力，可以应对各种复杂工作环境；

Can shoulder working pressure, tackle different complex working conditions;

• 良好的沟通及协调能力，英语听说读写流利，懂德语者更佳。

Good communication and coordinating skill, fluent in English, German as plus.
