Hourly Rate: $22.13 - $24.90

Shift: 630am - 3pm; Monday - Friday

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

The purpose of this position will be to administer cycle counts for inventory accuracy and provide support to Production as needed to increase plant productivity. This position is responsible for researching, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies as needed under minimal supervision. This position will also provide support to the Materials Team & Plant Supervisors by the distribution of daily reports, preparing shop order packets, printing shop order packets & serial tag distribution.

THE DETAILS

  • Solve Inventory Issues with Confidence – Perform cycle counts, analyze SAP data, and correct BOM and inventory errors quickly and accurately—always staying a step ahead of problems.
  • Keep Quality Front and Center – Investigate discrepancies, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve variances, and ensure inventory records stay clean and reliable.
  • Own the Process, From Count to Data – Execute timely cycle counts, update SAP, maintain material master data, resolve COGI/negative bin issues, and support inventory health every step of the way.
  • Support the Team & Keep Info Flowing – Distribute production orders, serial tags, and key reports to the floor, train peers, and maintain open, proactive communication across departments.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Inventory & Equipment Know-How – At least 1 year of distribution experience, including inventory counting and root cause analysis, plus 6+ months of forklift operation.
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Accurate with data entry, confident using Excel and SAP (preferred), and skilled at balancing inventory with precision and speed.
  • Problem Solver & Independent Worker – Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently after training and take initiative in resolving issues.
  • Great Communicator & Team Player – Clear written and verbal communication, collaborative spirit, and a respectful, people-first attitude across all levels of the organization.
