What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Manager within our Stored Value Solutions (SVS) division. This position falls under our Prepaid line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of gift card products and services for our clients. This position requires the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously, ranging in size of small scale to very complex, utilizing project management best practices to ensure all assigned projects are effectively communicated, highly organized and delivered on time with quality. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior VP of Global Implementations.

As an Implementation Manager, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • In-home office set up
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on best practices for implementing solutions.
  • Manage all aspects of the implementation process. Document project requirements, create and maintain project plans, identify risk, demonstrate problem resolution skills, and setting and adhering to deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, internal technical teams, account management team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed within agreed upon timelines.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings both onsite and remote.
  • Communicate effectively to client, project team and stakeholders. Ensure that all customer interactions are documented and alert management of identified risks or escalations.
  • Work with Implementation management and peers to improve the Implementation process. Looking for efficiencies to improve the timeliness of implementations while also reviewing the processes to improve the quality of implementations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business Administration or Computer Science is preferred.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a client-facing role and proven experience with managing complex projects.
  • Experience with systems integration and connectivity is preferred.
  • Experience in payments or financial services industry are preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong level of personal organization with excellent oral/written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to fully learn SVS products and act in a consultative manner with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to think out of the box and is action oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
  • Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues.
  • Light travel is required.
