Job Summary

Management Assistant – Part Time

(12-month contract)

We are looking for a Management Assistant to be based in our Melbourne office, supporting our Australian & New Zealand operation.

As a Management Assistant in part-time, you will support our Managing Director & Senior Management when needed, with creating an optimised organisation and business agenda including all related activities, for Tetra Pak Oceania (Australia & New Zealand).

You will collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including Senior Business Leaders.

You will operate in a matrix organizational structure that crosses functions, geographies & cultures. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced. Your collaborative approach will be your foundation for you to succeed in this role.

The position is based in Melbourne, Australia.

This position is part-time (20 hours per week).

This is a temporary position (12-month contract).

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As Management Assistant, you will:

  • Manage administrative tasks at senior management level.
  • Plan, organise, coordinate and support execution of management meetings, organisational meetings, events, and similar activities.
  • Perform general office support.
  • Handle travel planning and management.
  • Manage delegation of responsibility.

We believe you have

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. This role will suit candidates with experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior managers.
  • Positive energy & a 'can do' attitude when taking on day to day challenges.
  • The confidence to contribute positively to our company culture.
  • Interest in engaging with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • An interest in a diverse work environment.
  • The ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • A Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
