Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program management.
  • 1 year of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in driving systems capabilities, requirements, business process designs, testing and training.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business process enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry leading supply chain execution for business teams by developing new digital capabilities and features through existing or new platforms.
  • Manage various programs of work, engage partner teams and stakeholders, set the pace for project delivery.
  • Deliver digital capabilities/enhancements as per project/product roadmap. Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, align stakeholders with communications.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes and drive transformation.
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map end-to-end process flows through collaboration with partner teams.
