The University of Minnesota's central Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking an experienced technologist with leadership skills to serve as the Identity Product Owner for our Identity and Access Management team. The Product Owner oversees OIT’s strategy, functionality, and production operations related to our identity management platform, utilizing Agile principles and the Scaled Agile Framework to prioritize work and deliver value. Additionally, the Product Owner will play a key role in modernizing our identity platform by guiding the transition from Oracle Identity Manager legacy systems to SailPoint and Okta, while ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly access across the University. This is a high-impact role that blends product leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement.
