Salary Range:

$61,000.00 - $101,800.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

The Job

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. You’ll be supporting end users across the region, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Our team is collaborative, solution-driven, and always ready to help each other out. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues escalated from Level 1 support
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning and setup
  • Maintain accurate asset and ticket documentation using ITSM tools
  • Collaborate with global IT teams on projects, updates, and rollouts

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop or end-user support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and standard enterprise software
  • Experience with Active Directory, Intune, and remote support tools
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple technical issues
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Hybrid working
