Supply Chain by Amazon (SCA) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager to lead our Voice of Seller (VOS) initiatives. This is your opportunity to shape the future of one of Amazon’s flagship products.

SCA is our suite of supply chain services sellers can use to move their inventory from factory floor to customer door. It leverages Amazon’s advanced technology and supply chain capabilities to optimize end-to-end logistics, fulfillment, and transportation on behalf of sellers, simplifying the supply chain journey, while improving in-stock rates, reliability, speed, and cost. SCA will pick up inventory from manufacturing facilities around the world, ship it across borders, handle customs clearance and ground transportation, store inventory in bulk, manage replenishment across Amazon and other sales channels, and deliver directly to customers.

As the VOS leader, you'll be the critical link between our customers' needs and SCA's strategic direction. Your insights and leadership will directly influence how we build and evolve our supply chain solutions.

The successful candidate will be exceptional at working backwards from our sellers to understand their journey, skilled at communicating with cross-functional, global business leaders, and possess strong business judgment and analytical capabilities. They should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, along with the capacity to develop original approaches and operational improvements.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic product vision and roadmap to improve seller experience and satisfaction with Supply Chain by Amazon (SCA)
  • Develop a thorough understanding of seller needs and pain points.
  • Influence stakeholders, up to executive level, to take ownership of issues and drive solutions to improve the partner experience.
  • Establish and manage robust VOS collection and analysis mechanisms.
  • Lead studies that enable business and operational leaders to provide an exceptional seller experience.
  • Set delivery dates for program milestones and establish regular review cadences to report on initiative impact.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and partners to understand business priorities and define shared opportunities.
  • Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.
  • Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns.
  • Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
