As a Senior Manager, you will lead a high impact and motivated team responsible for validating Apple chipsets across infra vendors and carriers. You will drive testing strategy, execution, and collaboration with world-class engineers and partners to deliver reliable performance across LTE, 5G and other emerging technologies. Lead and scale a global team responsible for IOT testing across 4G, 5G, VoLTE, VoNR and other emerging wireless technologies. Own the strategy and execution of IOT testing with infrastructure vendors. Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams in Hardware and Software engineering to ensure timely support of new Apple chipset features, carrier launches and software releases. Establish detailed test plans, coverage matrices and success criteria aligned with 3GPP standards, Apple requirements and carrier expectations. Act as a key decision-maker during issue triage, prioritization and escalations. Coach and mentor technical leads and managers.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,000 and $313,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
