We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer proficient in Mastercam to join our team. This role involves setting up and running mill and lathe CNC machines, as well as reading blueprints and working within very small tolerances. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a shop manager role as the current manager plans to retire in about a year. Additionally, the role includes routine machine maintenance and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily production quotas.

Work in a smaller-sized industrial machine shop with about 20 total employees. The shop is organized with CNC machines on the east side, laser/presses in the middle, grinding machines on the west side, and shipping and receiving near the main door. The environment features tight quarters through parts of the shop and newer CNC machines. Shifts are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Dress code includes work clothes like jeans, t-shirts, closed-toed shoes, and face masks are required.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
