The Job at a Glance

The Tech Associate will be responsible for testing and verifying consumer electronic products. You will work with the Service Manager to conduct tests and repairs on received products and provide data within our system. You will ensure all QA procedures are met and take inventory of our products.

A Typical Day

• Process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) products
• Test & repair returned electronics (e.g., audio/visual devices)
• Sort and inventory product and accessories as required
• Conduct tests and troubleshooting of received products
• Help prepare, pack and ship outgoing replacement RMA product to customers and partners
• Provide complete, accurate, and timely data collection utilizing the company tracking software
• Assist Senior Technicians with higher level repairs
• Ensure all Quality Assurance procedures are implemented and closely followed
• Conduct cycle counts as directed and accurately record the results

• You pay close attention to detail
• You’re self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in an evolving work environment
• You can solder and/or troubleshoot to component level
• You can follow procedures to perform test procedures with minimum supervision
• You’ve excelled in a high technology manufacturing and/or test environment
• You enjoy assembling
• You can lift up to 50lb
• You’re able to sit or move around for prolonged periods
• You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
• You are able to work on-site at our Sweetwater Road repair depot
