Job Title: Digital Analytics Manager

Job Description: The University of Phoenix, Inc. seeks a Digital Analytics Manager based in Phoenix, AZ to oversee reporting, analyzing, forecasting, reviewing, and interpreting data relating to the organization.

Provide data and insights to help guide digital channel owners to improve and optimize performance. Implement effective website tagging infrastructure for analytics purpose and conduct attribution analysis and evaluations. Ensure accuracy of data, perform regular audits, and work with website development team to improve and refine captured data. Monitor and resolve tracking defects and pixel implementation issues to ensure the accuracy and functionality of website tracking. Create comprehensive analytical presentations for C-suite executives. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing website performance. Engage with business stakeholders to understand overall goals/functional objectives, decipher key business challenges, identify tactics to anticipate and mitigate business challenges/issues and develop potential success criteria. Communicate technical material and build narratives to provide insight into the factors impacting business performance. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop an analytic strategy that addresses critical business issues regarding the enhancement of our website visitors processes and the overall efficiency of our product performance across various business divisions and modes of engagement. Lead and develop measurable key performance indicators to help understand potential, risk, and required investments to achieve growth targets. Provide regular digital media performance reporting and analysis and periodic comparisons. Provide analysis to and counsel stakeholders on how to accurately interpret data and which metrics should determine effectiveness for better decision making. Perform detailed analyses on trends, performance attribution, root cause analysis, and construct data views to communicate findings in a clear, structured manner. Build highly detailed, metrics-driven models to predict performance of media, set forecasts/targets/budgets and provide sensitivity/scenario analyses. Assist in budgeting process/planning with strategic analytical support to create executional plans for digital media groups. May telecommute up to 5 days a week from anywhere in the United States. Annual Salary: $136,157.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus 1 year (or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 progressive years) of digital analytics experience in:

  1. CRM, digital or marketing analytics using digital marketing systems;
  2. Leveraging digital analytical tools including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics with Google Data Studio;
  3. Coding in JavaScript and writing SQL queries;
  4. Utilizing Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager for website analytical tracking and pixel implementations;
  5. Website optimization and AB testing utilizing Adobe Target;
  6. Data governance solution QA2L for automated identification of tracking defects for websites and pixel validations;
  7. Debugging processes, data validation techniques, and data migration procedures;
  8. KPI driven reports, automated dashboards, and presentations;
  9. Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and
  10. Agile environment using ticketing tools including Jira.
