Role Title: ISPN Desk

Accountabilities

The ISPN Agentis responsible for proactively contacting customers on their shipments while they are still in transit. The agent should provide the customer with basic guidelines on clearance requirements as well as monitor the shipments and advice the customer once the shipments are cleared and released for delivery. The agent is also responsible for ensuring customer calls and inquiries are responded to within the set network standards; revenue targets are met through promoting and selling DHL products and value added services

Accountabilities

  • Call customers Proactively for all shipment s that check into customs.
  • Record customer bookings for collection of clearance paper work
  • provide customers with accurate information on, clearance delays, custom paperwork requirements, generate a detailed report for the Customers contacted.
  • Update ACA on customer feed back, Open GEMA traces for NCI where applicable.
  • Daily upload of the report on I share.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate acting

Qualification

BA degree in any field
