- To pass regular call pickups to concern pickup staff which are updated in pickup dashboard and mails
- To follow up with staffs and shipper for maintain the pickup cut off time
- To check OTM machine and follow up with EDP team
- To send miss pick up report to seniors and update proper code
- To follow up with shipper if the any pickup is missed and handle very next day as per shipper requirement
- To update proper exception code against miss pickups
- To check and follow up with security person to tally the shipment as per manifest count /actual count and OTM count
2. Effective Operations & Network Connection
Timely connection and maintenance of data on Net Service Levels (NSLs)
- To follow up with staffs and shipper for maintain the p/u cut off time
- To Release the vehicle on time to hub for next transit connection as per TAT
Timely connection and maintenance of data on Transit times
- To process the early cut-off shipments on First in First out [FIFO] basis
- Downloading the data before physical shipment bagging Reweighing E-TAIL shipments
- To send prealert to hub vehicle wise
- To follow up with concern staff which is operating WDL machine and inscaning the shipment
Timely monitoring and reporting of service quality levels for key customers
- To monitor all 08 major sector and sorting department [DEL/CCU/AHD /BLR/BOM/ALL
INDIA /HYD/,MAA] Effective FIFO process management
- To monitor and provide the good service to key shipper as well as all shipper
