Job Title: Senior Enterprise Architect

Location: Remote (U.S. based)

Contract Rate: $95 - $105 per hour depending on experience and qualification

TPG is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead strategic technology architecture efforts for one of our premier utility clients. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years of enterprise architecture leadership experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices
• Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and tools such as LeanIX
• Strong understanding of utility operations, cyber-resiliency, and regulatory compliance
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience leading EA practices in utilities, energy, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of operational technology (OT) environments and system separation strategies
• Executive presence and proven ability to influence across business and technology leadership
• Exposure to AI/ML integration, data lakehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), and DevOps pipelines

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a scalable, future-ready enterprise architecture function
• Drive architectural oversight across digital transformation, cybersecurity, and operational technologies
• Govern architecture reviews through formalized working groups and stage-gate processes
• Define and manage technical standards, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures
• Lead modernization initiatives including OMS upgrades, AI-based portals, and containerized solutions
• Collaborate with IT, Security, OT, and Business Unit leaders on over 40 enterprise-wide projects annually
• Champion cloud-first and data-driven design principles to improve agility and reduce technical debt
• Integrate tools like LeanIX, digital risk scorecards, and performance analytics into architectural planning
