Automation QA Engineer Location: REMOTE

Employment Type: Contract (W2) – NO C2C in any form.

NO Sponsorship Availalbe Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to support quality assurance efforts across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem—including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations modules. This role is instrumental in shaping our automation strategy and ensuring the reliability of our enterprise applications through rigorous testing and collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors. Required Qualifications • 7+ years in software QA/testing roles, with a strong focus on automation.

• 2+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Operations).
• Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, EasyRepro, or Robot Framework.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of D365 configurations and business process flows.
• Skilled in functional and integration testing across environments.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps for test management.
• Experience reviewing vendor QA deliverables and driving quality improvements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Agile/Scrum experience with rapid release cycles.
• Exposure to testing in enterprise, regulated, or data-sensitive environments.
