As a member of the Marketing Operations team, our Marketing Program Managers are at the center of marketing communications initiatives, ensuring successful project completion while maintaining budgets and deadlines. What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Project Manager II would have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field, plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing communications product promotions or sales support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Marketing Project Manager I would have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field, plus a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing communications or sales support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across print and digital spaces
  • Knowledge of sales processes and their impacts on various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management fundamentals including scope definition, estimation, and resource management
  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and business lines
  • Problem-solving skills with experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
  • Excellent organizational and independent time management abilities
  • Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies and marketing tools

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Manages marketing and sales communications projects from inception to completion
  • Participates in strategic planning meetings to develop marketing and sales strategies
  • Coordinates production and distribution of marketing materials to appropriate channels
  • Provides project updates and summary reviews to key stakeholders
  • Monitors vendor production and creative services, ensuring adherence to schedules
  • Delivers reporting and analysis on marketing and sales communications activities
  • Supports implementation teams with accountability for budgets, planning and deadlines
  • Manages AEP document production processes and timelines

The expected hiring range for a Marketing Project Manager I is $68,900 - $93,200 and the Marketing Project Manager II is $83,300 - $112,700 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for these roles is 10%. The current full salary range for the Marketing Project Manager I is $64,000 - $106,000 and the Marketing Project Manager II is $78,000 - $128,000. #LI-hybrid
