Job Details:

  • We’re looking for a seasoned project manager with at least 5 years of experience to lead the development of Key Art for company Studios titles.
  • This role acts as the subject matter expert for Key Art production, managing the process from creative lock through final delivery—including static digital assets, printed OOH materials, and limited motion Digital OOH.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized and collaborative, with proven experience aligning cross-functional teams on timelines and budgets, and navigating complex workflows using tools like Smartsheet.
  • A strong technical foundation is essential, including the ability to read spec sheets, assess resolution and color space, and perform detailed quality control checks.
  • Experience managing the finishing process, conducting color reviews, and delivering meaningful creative feedback is critical.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Photoshop and InDesign—is strongly preferred.
  • Entertainment industry experience is a plus, and a passion for creative problem-solving is a must.

Candidate Requirement:

  • 4-6 years of experience with Marketing Program Management Mid-level
  • Strong Print Background
  • Hands on experience with adobe suite
  • Color reviews
  • Refinishing
  • Project management software

Must Haves:

  • Hands on experience with building files
  • Worked at printing company/prepress experience
  • 4-6 years of experience
