Job Description Summary:
Manages small to medium sized projects within the Information Services department. Performs project management for any projects small to medium in scope which require good management and organization to be successful. Performs feasibility study projects to prove the need for future project funding.

Project Management Certification desirable. Completion of a Structured Project Management Training program, preferred.
Skills:
Strong skills in the use of PC desktop applications such as Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
Excellent communication skills with all types of employees and management
Proven track record in successful project completion (on-time, on-budget, goals met).
Knowledge of operating systems, application development, and infrastructure management.
Demonstrated ability in team development, management, and consensus-building.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously while effectively meeting all deadlines and budgets.
Knowledge of information systems principles, methodologies and assumptions required.
Ability to modify work schedules and practices to meet job requirements; requires occasional overnight travel.
Experience:
1 to 5 years’ experience information systems management, project management, and systems implementations.
Proven experience in IT project management and systems implementations.
Previous healthcare experience desirable.
