Position Summary:
This position serves as the primary liaison between the Colorado Department of the Treasury and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) on cybersecurity and IT support matters. The role requires occasional on-site presence at the physical office and includes both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
Working closely with OIT, the position will assist in conducting threat and risk analyses, interpreting vulnerability assessments, supporting remediation efforts, and monitoring for malicious activity. The role also provides Tier 1 deskside support for Treasury staff, including managing and resolving technical issues, setting up new devices, and training users on supported applications and policies.
