The Restaurant Stocker plays a vital role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly by ensuring that all supplies and ingredients are properly stocked and organized:

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and organize food, beverages, and supplies in storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
  • Stock Rotation: Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to minimize waste.
  • Supply Replenishment: Restock kitchen and service stations with necessary items like condiments, napkins, utensils, and dishware.
  • Delivery Assistance: Help unload deliveries and verify that shipments match invoices.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and order in storage areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing shelves.
  • Team Support: Assist kitchen and front-of-house staff by retrieving items quickly during busy service periods.
  • Service: Provide our legendary Family Style Service

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 40–60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Basic math and recordkeeping abilities
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
