The Range Steakhouse Back Waiter plays a crucial support role in delivering a seamless, high-end dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables swiftly between courses and after guests leave.
- Guest Support: Refill water & pour wine, replenish bread or condiments, and assist with guest requests.
- Server Assistance: Run food from the kitchen, polish silverware and glassware, and restock service stations.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Keep dining and service areas tidy, including floors & chairs
- Communication: Relay guest needs or issues to servers or management promptly
- Service: Provide our guests with our fine dining Family Style Service
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Prior experience in fine dining or steakhouses is a plus
- Clark Count Food Handlers Card & Alcohol Awareness Card Required
- Must be 21 years of age.
