Assembly & Test Technician
Pay Rate: $32.40/hr
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (6-month training period)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+10% shift differential)
This in-person position requires clearance to work with U.S. export-controlled information
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators, ensuring strict adherence to blueprints and specifications .
- Align and adjust components via shimming or other mechanical means to meet spec limits .
- Use measurement tools—dial indicators, calipers, torque wrenches, gauges—to verify dimensional accuracy .
- Read and follow both written and oral assembly instructions, working to high precision standards .
- Maintain tooling and fixtures in proper working order to support quality output .

- Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient with precision tools and measurement equipment
- Comfortable transitioning after initial training period
- Able to follow exacting instructions and maintain high-quality standards
