PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Production Electromechanical Assembler to join a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing team in Rochester, NH. In this essential role, you’ll support the assembly, testing, and inspection of advanced electromechanical systems. Your work will directly contribute to the production of high-quality technology solutions used in critical industries across the globe.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Electromechanical Assembler, you’ll:

• Perform manual and semi-automated assembly of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components
• Operate and maintain standard and custom assembly tools and testing equipment
• Conduct basic soldering and functional testing using diagnostic tools and programs
• Move between operations and product types based on production needs
• Inspect assembled components using visual and electronic methods
• Identify and communicate issues or defects to team leads for resolution
• Assist with special projects and mentor new employees on standard processes

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and documentation
• Familiarity with electromechanical systems and production flow
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, diagnostic tools, and Microsoft Excel/Outlook
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of soldering standards and quality improvement processes
• Experience with manufacturing information systems
• Understanding of electrical and pneumatic principles

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
