Hybrid Work Model – In-office 1–2 days per week

Position Overview:

Customer Service Representatives at our company play an integral role in developing new business partnerships as well as maintaining and growing existing ones. You will provide a high level of service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a prompt, professional manner. Your exceptional communication skills, especially in French, combined with a patient and attentive approach, will be essential in supporting dental professionals, consumers, and internal teams alike.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work on-site 1–2 times per week at our Guelph office, offering flexibility along with opportunities for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process incoming orders via phone, email, and fax accurately and efficiently
  • Provide courteous and timely resolution of customer/consumer complaints
  • Support Retail Accounts, including EDI order management
  • Handle Institutional Account orders with a high degree of accuracy
  • Process and manage Coupa and Dentira orders and billing
  • Respond to consumer email requests related to orders, billing, and payment
  • Manage product returns and credit processes, including issuing and approving credit memos under $100
  • Log and follow up on complaints using Smart Scan and internal systems
  • Support Sales Representatives with order concerns and customer issues
  • Process Ecommerce orders via Shopify

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and French is required (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong data entry, administrative, and order management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Works well independently and collaboratively in a team with a positive attitude
  • Patient, professional, and responsive to customer needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management tools
  • Experience with platforms such as EDI, Coupa, Dentira, and Shopify is considered an asset
