Production General Laborer

A growing company is looking to add production general laborers to their team.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working hands on and has a go get them attitude.

Pay/Benefits:

• $20.60/hr
• Pay increase upon hire
• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance upon hire.
• 401k, Vacation, PTO after hire on.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12am
• Overtime as needed

Job Duties:

• Associates will be building trusses for homes.
• Associates could be taking material offline and putting on racks for builders.
• Will be using blueprints to build the trusses.
• Will use hammers to assemble parts.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
• Must be able to read a tape measurer.
• Able to stand for entire shift.
• Must be ok with lots of squatting, bending, and twisting.
