Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Tax for India GST.
- Design and configure tax regimes, tax rules, tax jurisdictions, and tax rates in Oracle Cloud.
- Integrate GST with Oracle Cloud modules such as Payables.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GST laws including e-invoicing, e-way bills, and GST returns.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams.
- Monitor and adapt to changes in Indian tax regulations and update configurations accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 4 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Tax and India GST compliance.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules (AP, GL).
- Familiarity with India-specific statutory reporting and compliance tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Specialist Certification
GST Practitioner Certification (optional but advantageous)
