What You'll Do?

You will be the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion SCM, with a key focus on Procurement modules — including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Model, and Supplier Portal.

You’ll work closely with Oracle customers and implementation partners throughout the full project lifecycle — from deployment to post-go-live — ensuring smooth transitions, best practices, and optimal system performance.

This role will challenge and grow your skills as you work independently on complex issues, provide proactive guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

What You Bring?

Required Experience

  • Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM or similar ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on Procurement modules.
  • Proven experience in implementation, consulting, post-production support, consulting for Oracle SCM Cloud or EBS Procurement.
  • Functional expertise in Purchasing, Sourcing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, and related workflows.
  • Hands-on knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with SQL and understanding of enterprise application architecture.

Nice to Have (or Willing to Learn Post-Hire)

  • PL/SQL, Java/J2EE understanding, including reading exception messages, class loading, and JVM behavior.
  • Experience with Oracle ADF or other MVC-based web application frameworks.
  • Knowledge of related SCM modules: Product Information Management, Order Orchestration, Logistics, and Cost Management.
  • Familiarity with database tuning, web server optimization, and load balancing.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical or functional certifications in Oracle Fusion SCM are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level service for Oracle Fusion SCM – with a strong focus on Procurement modules.
  • Guide customers and partners through implementations, enhancements, and live operations.
  • Own and resolve functional and technical issues related to SCM/Procurement modules.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during project rollouts, upgrades, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Oracle development teams to address customer concerns and influence product improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality, independent work and contribute to a collaborative culture.
