Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Supply Chain / Procurement professional to join our team in Nordborg as a Manager, Material Management.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement within the Controls division of Danfoss Power Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team in support of the Orbital and Gear Solutions (OGS) business. In this role, you will ensure that our procurement & supply chain processes are efficient, well implemented, and aligned to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for the identification, development and implementation of process improvements throughout the organization, and you encourage, challenge and coach others to obtain a high degree of organizational awareness and cooperation.
