Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.
The Battlefield Positive Play team is dedicated to protecting our titles by mitigating the impact of bad actors. We collaborate with partner teams to create new services and initiatives that ensure our players enjoy a fair and positive gaming experience. Join us in keeping Battlefield fair and equitable, now and into the future.
Are you passionate about creating a safe and fair gaming environment for all players? Do you have the skills to analyze player behaviors and detect bad actors in online games? Do you believe that every player deserves a fun and fair gaming experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As an Operations Engineer on the Battlefield Positive Play team, you will monitor, investigate, and report on player behaviors that violate the game's Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. You will use various tools to identify and track cheaters, hackers, and other disruptive players, collaborating with the Positive Play lead and other EA teams to take appropriate actions.
You will conduct investigations into toxic behaviors, suspected cheating, and related exploits to confirm or refute reports, improving the quality of our detections. You will also evaluate data from various tools, gather and review threat intelligence, and support our anti-cheat and user-generated content (UGX) protection pipelines.
