Position Summary:
The Center for Computational Heliophysics (CCH) of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Department of Physics, invites applications for a Project Coordinator/Analyst to support the development and management of sponsored research projects. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in data analysis, project management, database creation, statistics, and computational methods and software. The successful applicant will be expected to work on projects proposals and reports, manage project tasks, budgets, and schedules, participate in heliophysics data collection and processing, and develop software, project websites, and other support of CCH projects. The initial appointment is for one year and can be extended subject to funding availability.

Salary Information:
In compliance with the NJ Pay Transparency Law, the negotiated annual salary range for this position is $61,880.00- $87,082.00 (USD). NJIT considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses or other items.
