Quality Control Inspector

We’re looking for a Quality Control Technician with hands-on experience in calipers, micrometers, and quality assurance testing to help ensure our products meet the highest standards.
????What You’ll Do
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products for Disposables and Electronics.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using advanced tools (calipers and micrometers).
- Document non-conformances and assist in investigations of customer complaints and internal issues.
- Review Device History Records (DHRs), sterilization records, and inspection data for compliance.
- Support process improvement initiatives and collaborate with engineering on First Article Inspections and qualification testing.
- Rotate across QA areas including IQC, Finals, and Electronics as needed.
????️What You Bring
- 2+ years of quality control experience (medical device industry preferred).
- Proficiency with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, vision systems, and OGP Smart Scope.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and product specifications.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and Access.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅Bonus Skills
- Experience with in-process inspections and non-conformance reports (NCMRs).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards).
- Knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical testing methods.
- Willingness to work occasional Friday overtime.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.00/hr.
