First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Business Analyst to join our Deposit Products team. Key responsibilities will include assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing, new or enhanced computerized systems and business processes. Review business and application processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Creates test plans and conducts testing for application software changes and/or new releases.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this role is: $53,500 - $125,700/year; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Qualifications:

• Business Analyst I
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an information technology related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 1 years’ professional level experience in applications support or related banking experience required
  • Coursework or work experience in finance Preferred
• Business Analyst II
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an information technology related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 3 years’ professional level experience in applications support or related banking experience required
  • Coursework or work experience in finance preferred
• Business Analyst III
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an information technology related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Business Analyst certification from a well respected organization (e.g. IIBA) required
  • 5 years’ professional level experience in applications support or related banking experience required
  • Coursework or work experience in finance preferred

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience, skillsets, and credentials.
