岗位职责:
1.预测市场需求,为酒店争取市场关键时机;
2.了解酒店收益的组成,始终能对环境竞争,优化每间可销售客房的平均收益;
3.监督房间预订流量,节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况,并确保操作系统与酒店标准相一致;
4.负责制订和执行营业预算及经营计划;
5.负责制订符合酒店总体营业目标及行动方案;
6.负责跟踪和分析预订流程,团队流量,特别关注和加强团队预留房管理,更好的做好团队适度减量,最大程度提高收益;
7.根据酒店收益情况做出分析,每周召开收益信息会,每月召开酒店收益管理分析会。
岗位要求:
1.本及以上文化程度,3年以上酒店收益经理岗位工作经验;
2.具有团队协作能力和管理能力;
3.有较强的创新意识和创新思维;
4.出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力;
5.能够使用数据分析工具进行商业分析并对提升酒店收益有独到见解。
