The Opportunity:

As an Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Trainer you will have the opportunity to ensure enterprise personnel and users are trained and fully mission capable to ensure dissemination, processing, and application of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support global national security operations among multiple agencies, producers, and combatant commands.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training and facilitation of curriculum tailored to IBS users, producers, and operations personnel
• Execute curriculum on station and at customer sites for the IBS users and producers
• Solicit feedback from users and industry to ensure curriculum currency and relevance
• Recommend updates to learning objectives, tasks, and visual aids that reflect system updates and modernization efforts for Job Qualification Standards and evaluation
• Conduct outreach to communicate program direction and policy on training requirements
• Assist training administrator in coordinating quarterly IBS Training Working Group meetings
• Participate in program working groups as needed to identify training objectives and availability
• Attend enterprise leadership discussions to ensure awareness of system-level issues and objectives

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or intelligence field, or 5 years of experience delivering training across multiple modalities
• Experience in IBS mission, objectives, and consumer/producer organizations
• Experience in training instruction/facilitation for military and civilian training programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in group instruction and facilitation

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
