About the Position:
We are seeking motivated candidates for the position of Title Operations Supervisor in our Title Services Division. This leadership role oversees our Customer Support Team, responsible for providing critical public service and operational support within our statewide vehicle title processing system. The person in this role ensures high-functioning day-to-day operations, manages and coaches a team of administrative support staff, resolves complex customer inquiries, and collaborates closely with other units to maintain efficient and accurate issuance of more than 500,000 titles annually.
As the supervisor, you will also conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations, implement and improve workflows, and contribute to the division's continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:
Six (6) years of responsible clerical experience to include two (2) years performing supervision or performing highly independent clerical work.
