Senior Product Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to support manufacturing product orientation, quality, yield, and test time improvement, ensuring products meet data sheet specifications and driving cost reduction through process optimization.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Support manufacturing product orientation, quality, yield and test time improvement.
  • Ensures products meet data sheet specifications and recommends productenhancements.
  • Performs necessary product qualification activities. Monitors yields and provides feedback to related engineering areas and recommends cost reduction.
  • Optimizing Electrical characteristic of the device by running evaluation.
  • Support product qualification with reliability test along with failure analysis for device improvement.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Educational : Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Solid State Electronic, Communication or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: 0-5 years of experience in a related field, such as product engineering, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware and software testing, test equipment operation, programming languages commonly used (Ex. C, C++, Unix, Python) and Experience with data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
  • Communication Skills : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing personnel, and quality assurance teams.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities : Able to adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to product testing.
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills, Growth mindset, Be open mind and be willing to learn new thing, Be willing to share task values to team and other people in organization, Be willing to give a constructive feedback.
  • Continuous Learning : Given the rapid evolution of technology, a willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methodologies, tools.
  • Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
