Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator

Pay: $20 - $25 an hour// Paid Weekly!!!

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. This role primarily involves operating calendar machines used to produce film materials. The operator will also assist in the blending and mixing area and will be cross-trained across multiple functions to support overall production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure consistent film production.
• Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in the blending/mixing area as needed to support production flow.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors.
• Participate in cross-training to support various departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is required.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing production needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work various shifts based on business demand.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a spacious, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. The company specializes in plastic and pharmaceutical packaging, as well as film production. While there is some noise from certain machines, it is not excessive. Safety is a priority, and personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and ear protection is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
