Job Title: CNC Swiss Machinist

As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating one or two Citizen Swiss Machines to produce high-precision aerospace and medical parts. You will ensure parts meet tight tolerances by inspecting them using basic inspection equipment and maintaining necessary documentation for ISO audits. Production runs typically range from 100 to 500 parts, and you will perform changeovers from one Swiss machine to another as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC Swiss Machines to produce aerospace and medical parts.
  • Inspect parts using basic inspection equipment to ensure precision.
  • Perform necessary documentation for ISO audits.
  • Conduct changeovers from one Swiss machine to another.
  • Monitor machines to ensure measurements are accurate.

Essential Skills

  • Technical degree and/or 5+ years of professional machining experience.
  • Previous experience operating CNC Swiss machines.
  • Ability to inspect own parts and read blueprints.
  • Microscope experience.
  • Ability to set up and operate machines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Citizen Swiss/Fanuc controlled machines in Aerospace/Defense.
  • Ability to fully set up machines for runs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.

We offer a number of plans so it would depend on which deductible limit and co-pay option Paul would choose and what level (ie Employee Only, Employee + Spouse, etc) for what the plan cost would be. There are also options for “Fairview” plans which have a smaller, local in network provider list or “Passport” which covers a much wider range of in network providers. Fairview is a little cheaper than Passport. Insurance benefits kick in on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. It’s mentioned at the bottom of the document but Graham matches HSA contributions of up to $600 per year for Employee only and $1,200 per year for any plan above Employee Only, provided the employee is contributing that amount to their HSA. I’ve also included some more information below.

  • 9 company paid holidays (available immediately upon hire)
  • PTO is earned ratably but available for immediate use upon hire
  • 401K enrollment is available with quarterly enrollment after 90 days of employment

o Graham matches 50% of the first 6% of contributions

o 401K is through Principal
