Summary:
We are seeking a Program Director to manage the daily execution of complex, cross-functional programs. This role, reporting to the VP of Telco Programs – Global, requires overseeing deliverables across various teams, including engineering, lab, gateway, operations, and partners. The ideal candidate will have significant telecom execution experience, fluency in Telco terminology, technical credibility, and strong operational discipline. This position is not for generalist project managers. This position is onsite in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end program delivery from planning through deployment across multiple Telco-aligned programs
- Track and manage daily execution deliverables with engineering, operations, and partner stakeholders
- Lead daily execution syncs with internal teams and Tier-1 operator partners
- Interface across RF, RAN, Core, Lab, Transport, Field Ops, and Infrastructure
- Maintain WBS-level execution tracking and structured dashboards
- Consolidate blockers and escalate when needed
- Reinforce cross-functional alignment across SOC, NCC, gateways, labs, and vendors
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of executive-level experience in telecom, wireless, infrastructure, or network deployment—across global markets and multiple MNOs, including P&L ownership of multimillion-dollar budgets
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an End-to-End Technical Manager across 2G/3G/4G/5G (3GPP) technologies in diverse global environments
- Minimum 15+ years of hands-on experience in RF Network Planning and Optimization for 2G/3G/4G/5G (3GPP) technologies, serving multiple MNOs worldwide
- Strong understanding of Telco environments: RF, RAN, Core, Transport, and System Integration
- Proven track record delivering in multi-vendor, multi-technology environments
- Hands-on expertise with WBS tracking, structured reporting, and program delivery tools
- Exceptional coordination and communication skills in high-pressure, cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering background in RAN/RF, Core Network, Lab/Test, Ground Systems
- Experience managing complex integration programs with Tier-1 MNOs
- Familiarity with FOA, field validation, device integration, and system-level testing
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with ability to drive clarity and closure
