Join our team as an assembler focused on the frame assembly of foam structures used in shipping doors. You will be responsible for packaging, cutting, bagging, and folding, and will use hand and power tools to add and secure brackets to foam structures. You will work collaboratively in teams of 2-4 people, with a daily goal of assembling 60 frames.
Enjoy working in a union environment with a starting pay that increases upon hire. Benefit from a $0.65 shift premium and receive 1st day benefits once hired. Quarterly bonuses are available, with a 100% match on the first 4% of contributions. Expect annual raises each April and enjoy 10 vacation days and 11 holidays, including a shutdown between Christmas and New Year's.
