The Head of APJ Marketing Programs is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing marketing programs across multiple regions and countries. They develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves leading teams, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

This strategic leadership role involves planning, executing, and optimizing APJ programs to drive pipeline growth. You will work closely with the field marketing teams and partner closely with global cross-functional teams in campaigns, programs, digital, social, email to activate pipeline through high-impact programs across digital, social, email, regional events, and partner-led initiatives.
Your role
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the APJ program marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals and GTM strategy
- Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for APJ programs
- Identify and prioritize APJ marketing opportunities
- Manage budgets and resources global APJ marketing programs
- Develop and implement metrics to track the success of marketing programs
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of campaign and program managers
- Provide direction and guidance to team members on marketing strategy and execution
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work closely with Field, Sales, Digital, Social, Email, and Operations to ensure marketing activities are aligned with to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution, including field-led needs
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Execution and Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that marketing programs are compliant with best practices, relevant regulations, and guidelines
What you will bring
- Experience in B2B technology marketing, with a focus on campaign, program, and field marketing
- Proven ability to lead integrated marketing programs that span new business and customer growth to drive measurable results
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management, sales team, field, and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
