Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Java Engineer!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Consultant, Java Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java and SQL to develop robust applications and provide production support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java 8 or higher, with a preference for Java 11.
• Utilize SQL and Java Persistence API (JPA) for efficient data management and retrieval.
• Provide production support, ensuring system stability and addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software solutions.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• With hands-on experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java 8 or higher, with a strong understanding of SQL and JPA.
• Experience in providing production support and willingness to engage in production support activities.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Familiarity with APIs such as RestEasy or Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Understanding of AI prompting concepts.
