About the job:

• Project Planning & Coordination
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality Control) to align on transfer objectives.
• Risk Management
• Identify potential risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, compliance gaps) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct post-transfer audits to validate operational stability.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Provide regular updates to management and clients via progress reports.
• Resolve conflicts between internal teams and external vendors in every phase.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and internal quality protocols.
• Validate equipment calibration and process validation post-transfer.

About you:

• Education：Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience：5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Language：Fluent in English.
• Technical Skills：
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Soft Skills：
• Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
