Your Role in Our Mission

At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Program Management Director, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in building efficient processes, and problem-solving in real time to help us advance novel therapeutics rooted in natural chemistry—because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

What You’ll Do

• Leading program planning and execution for 1–2 clinical assets, from development through delivery
• Defining and evolving program timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Facilitating key cross-functional team meetings and sub-teams
• Surfacing risks and helping shape mitigation strategies
• Co-creating best-in-class clinical program processes and infrastructure
• Partnering with SMEs and leaders across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and Strategy
• Building the connective tissue that helps Enveda’s programs run smarter, faster, and better

We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with 4+ in a program management capacity
• Strong preference for prior startup and early-stage company experience
• The ideal candidate will bring high energy, a strong eagerness to learn, and the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Proven success managing clinical programs (indication-agnostic)
• Exceptional communication and change management capabilities are essential, along with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated strength in navigating complex challenges, including the confidence to escalate critical issues and make difficult decisions when necessary
• Expertise in tools like Smartsheets, Box, and timeline/project planning software
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and PMP certification a plus
