You will have ownership for systems at every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the Electromagnetic Solutions business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Systems architect for cUAS products (and various Electronic Warfare and Radar products)
• Work closely with Business Development team on pursuits
• Collaborate across all of Honeywell to develop wholistic solutions
• Write proposals and white papers
• Mentor other engineers
• Requirements analysis and decomposition
• Customer interaction
• Budget/schedule responsibility

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• More than 10 years Engineering experience
